This is our small attempt toward building a website that provides free knowledge on Financial Modeling & Valuation along with Excel tips & tricks. The inception of this site starts with some necessary fundamental and advanced topic of Accounting(as required for Modeling & Valuation). Then we head for learning Microsoft Excel, a widely used spreadsheet software for mathematically calculation. And finally we start modeling  and valuing financial data of companies.
